Dogs are awesome. Ferguson is one of our granddogs. He also is a Therapy Dog. Amy spent a lot of time at Lee Memorial Hospital in Ft. Myers, FL recovering from a brain aneurysm so she picked this way to give back to them by taking Ferg to the hospital to meet patients.

I made it to Arizona. I actually feel almost relaxed for the first time in 2 weeks. My flight was uneventful. I bought a book at the airport that totally engrossed me. It's called Musicophilia, by Oliver Sacks. I love music and I love neuroscience, and this book brings them together in a wonderfully entertaining, interesting, and fun way.

Resentment is a very, very difficult thing for me to work through. I don't get resentful very often, but when I do it can become an all-consuming monster in my brain that grows and grows and takes up way too much of my time and energy.

I'm one of the lucky ones. I might get about two or three headaches a year. My mom has suffered from major migraines for years and so have so many of my friends.
