Looks like the State Department has sold out the very group of people who protect them. If you have a loved one who is a US contractor working in Iraq they will be subject to Iraqi judges and courts.

State and Metro interference in the way that Nashvillians run their lives and businesses is getting out of hand. Between emissions tests, asinine liquor laws, the three-foot stripper rule, speed traps on every corner, no smoking in bars and criminalizing homelessness, we have allowed our government to regulate us within an inch of our freedoms.

My heart always aches when I think of the Haitian people. Their various governments have often been corrupt, and world-wide concern for these wonderful artistic people has been lacking. Might as well through out a suggestion for another one that’s also responsibility oriented. We’ve got a huge deficit, I may have mentioned this before, and I’d like to see it eventually go away. Like I’d like to see my mortgage go away one day. Sothat’s what this next suggestion is for.
