Rain is falling once again in Cookeville.  We've collected .12" this afternoon.  Temperatures have been creeping upward since around 3:15 from 36.4° to now 38.5°...we expect them to remain steady throughout the evening.  There is no expectation of any frozen precipitation overnight.

Showers and Thunderstorms have rolled across our area today.  They brought with them heavy rain at times.  I've received well over an inch in my CoCoRaHS Rain Gauge.  My electronic tipping gauge is reading about 25% short (as usual).

More rain is showing up on radar across Middle TN.  I'm hopeful of adding to our total.

We'll warm up on Saturday and Sunday as rain moves in.  May hear some rumbles of thunder as well.  Highs both days will be right around 60°.  A cold front on Sunday night will cause Monday's highs to struggle to reach 40°.
