Fantastic weekend.  How could it be anything but with three days off in a row.

I've been feeling the urge to get back into photography. 

We're back from the low country of South Carolina. 

The Medlocks are heading out tomorrow morning for the low country of South Carolina, specifically Hilton Head.  It's not a bad drive, maybe six to six and half hours at the speed limit.  Of course I've taken out a bank loan to pay for the gas.

There's a strong smell of honeysuckle in the air in East Tennessee these days.  At least if you're anywhere near any vegetation.

A truly amazing thing happened Friday.  I left Boston on time and arrived back in Tennessee on time.  No delays.  No cancellations.  No security foul-ups.  Nothing.  And on a holiday weekend.  Even my luggage remained unopened.
