The Donkey’s Mouth took a hiatus from blogging last week as we travelled to Denver for the Democratic National Convention.  And we have pictures from the last night at Mile High Stadium (to be posted later) inluding shots from Bill Richardson, Joe Biden, Barack Obama, and of course the fireworks . . . everyone loves fireworks regardless of their political stripes.

For the past few minutes, Chuck Todd, Tom Brokaw, Keith Olbermann, and Chris Matthews have been discussing the "sky cam" that MSNBC selected to use at Mile High Stadium (it is usually used for sports, not convention events) was not the choice of the Democratic Party, and they conceded that the Republicans are already using it criticize Barack Obama for trying to make himself look regal.
